We love lettuce mixed with nutrient dense greens! We’ve been making lots of seed ball kits lately with loads of new lettuces and greens to make your salads fun to grow, as well as delicious and nutritious to eat. We’ve made both mild salad mix kits + spicy salad mix kits. My favourite addition this year is orach, a magenta pink leaf that tastes like baby spinach. Gorgeous and yummy.
