The 95 St Clair Colliers/Desjardins team was awarded the International The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award (250,000-499,999 sq feet category) for the highest standards in building management, design and community impact. Buildings are judged on community involvement, tenant relations and site management to environmental and “green” policies and procedures. Hoffmann Hayes co-designed and implemented the community food garden and community engagement strategy.
