With Ecosource & Holly Marsh
Backyard Farm & Market
Sun May 15th, 10 am – noon
Holly Marsh will introduce gardeners to planning and planting basics in this hands-on workshop. Topics she’ll cover include: square-foot garden planning; plant selection; succession planting; reading seed packages; seed depth and spacing.
Bring your questions! Bring your own seed packs too, as Holly will be on hand to assist with direct planting and seedling starting after the workshop.
Please come dressed for the weather and sun / wind protection – we recommend layers, a hat and sunscreen. Please also bring water and snacks.
Free for Backyard Farm & Market Gardeners and Volunteers, but open to others. Donations are welcome and will go towards Community Garden programming. RSVP to volunteer@embackyardfarm.com.
