Join us for a Container Garden Workshop with Steps Public Art and the City of Mississauga on June 22nd at 5pm. (Note, we’ve moved to the 22nd from the 15th due to the prediction of rain and thunderstorms.)
The workshop will focus on:
- Food growing techniques;
- Plant, soil, climate and ecosystem types;
- The fundamentals of balcony gardening;
- The importance of urban agriculture and community connections to fresh food systems.
Materials will be provided, so please register if you’re interested as there are limited spots available.
